SEVERO SADA
Graduate surveyor in 1962 and registered, in the same year, the Board of Surveyors of the Province of Milan, began to develop the profession, gaining their experience through project and construction, in particular, of house for one or two family marked by a careful functional and spatial distribution and a constructive and architectural research aimed at enhancing the wishes and needs gradually required by customers.
In the period between 1975 and 1980, characterized by a global energy crisis, has deepened its professional with different experience in the field of alternative energy, especially in the field of solar energy and energy savings.
In 1986 he set up his own studio in Lainate becoming a reality able to offer the design and construction supervision of new buildings, renovations, extensions and elevations of existing buildings to residential, commercial and industrial, as well as in the preparation of cadastral documentation practices and succession in death,
The search for dialogue, the simplicity and flexibility of the spaces created has always characterized the style of his professionalism.
LUIGI SADA
He graduated in civil engineering in 1995 at the Polytechnic of Milan, was recorded at the Order of Engineers of Milan in February 1996. In June of the same year he formed, with his father Severo, the Studio Tecnico Associato Sada.
From September to December 1997, he attended the specialization course and qualified as the pursuit of the Safety Coordinator.
In May 1998 he participated in the course of training and information for environmental experts organized by FAST.
Then in April 2000, he attended the specialization course for fire prevention obtaining registration with the Register of technical fire of the Ministry of Interior.
In May 2002 he participated in the course of technical qualification of composite materials in construction organized by Association Italian of fibrous Composites for the construction industry in Perugia.
In 2008 he attended the course for \Technical Energy Certification of buildings for obtaining the certification for entry on the list of certifiers of the Lombardy Region.
The creativity and curiosity, peculiar characteristics of his personality, they pushed towards a constant professional development both from the technical point of view that regulatory and looking for a continuous innovation in the field of architectural and structural design.
ALBERTO SADA
A construction engineering graduate in July 2002 at the Polytechnic of Milan, he was recorded at the Order of Engineers of Milan in April 2003. In June of the same year he joined Studio Tecnico Associato Sada.
In 2003 he participated in the seminar on structural design of "rapid calculation of the limit states of concrete sections" organized by the Order of Engineers of Modena.
He later attended the refresher course on "calculation methods in structural engineering, with particular reference to the properties and behavior of structural materials, as well as the calculation of inelastic and ultimate limit states of structures", organized at the Department of Structural Engineering of the Polytechnic of Milan.
Between 2003 and 2004 he attended the specialization course organized by the Territorial Joint Committee and is qualified in the pursuit of the Safety Coordinator.
In 2004 he attended the specialization course for fire prevention organized by the Order of Engineers of Milan obtaining registration with the Register of technical fire of the Ministry of Interior.
In 2006 he participated in the course regarding "construction supervision and management" organized in Milan.
In 2008 he attended the course for Technical Energy Certification of buildings for obtaining the certification for entry on the list of certifiers of the Lombardy Region.
Between 2012 and 2013 he attended the Master Technical Proficient in Environmental Acoustic in Milan obtaining the necessary requirements for inclusion in the lists of Technicians of the Lombardy Region.
Specialized degree in Building Engineering and Architecture at the Polytechnic of Milan in 2018.
Always attentive to the construction phases and the use of new technologies, as well as the search for new materials, has gained a significant experience in structural design and plant engineering as well as in organizational management of the construction process through the refinement of the project management.
