REHABILITATION CONSTRUCTIVE

The project concerns the restoration and rehabilitation conservative on the second floor of a residential building existing in order to achieve two units.
The building has historical and architectural local, as recognized and identified by the municipal law with prescription preservation and maintenance of the roof and the roof of the shares of the eaves and the ridge exists.
It is thus proposed the only unaltered conservation of the side in front of the main towards the square with the formation of a continuous finestratatura, whose transparency and reflection cancel setting itself.
On the inner courtyard are made 3 dormers.
